SHIPPING POLICY

We can only accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States.

 

Your order will be shipped via USPS, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

Shipping and Processing Times are as Follows:

 

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being received

  • Shipping times do not include the processing day(s)

  • Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or Holidays.

 

Please Note: Once an order is placed changes cannot be guaranteed, please double check your order before purchasing.

 

Please provide a safe address to ensure proper delivery of your order.

CATALOGUE ORDERS 

The standard production time for the jewelry take from 2-5 weeks (not including holidays). We know you are anxious to receive your new Mexican jewelry, but please keep in mind that these items are handmade and imported; for that reason, there could be delays in production and at customs. Please allow an extra 1-3 business day for us to ship your order and an additional 3-5 for your package to be delivered.

Anything purchased with any form of personalization or made to order (PRE ORDER) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, refunds or cancellations.

How do I return an item?


At Casa de Plata Joyería, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is an easy over view of the rules and procedures for returns:

Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We cannot issue refunds.

All returns must be received within 15 days* of the date that we ship out your order.


A return shipping label is not provided. Buyer may use any carrier and shipping method they choose and is responsible for return shipping and / or any fees associated with returning the item. Casa de Plata Joyería does not reimburse original shipping costs.

All items must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. If jewelry is returned in worn or damaged condition an exchange for store credit will NOT be issued and will NOT be returned to you.

Anything purchased on our clearance page IS FINAL.​

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
